Well, ya want to
know a little about me and my family, huh? Well, here goes...
My name is Ally and
I'm at SAHM to 2 kids - well, 3 if you count hubby..LOL.... Hubby & I have been
married for 14 years and we live in beautiful New Brunswick, Canada. Kinda, sorta out in the country, you might say. BUT, the nearest mall is only 5
minutes away...GOTTA love that!!
Hubby is a diesel
mechanic with a local company servicing mining & marine engines. He's also with
the Canadian Military Reserves - the 2RNBR. Which takes him away quite often on
weekends in the winter months, but hey - who's complaining??? LOL...not
me..;)
Samantha is 12 and heading
in Grade 7...yikes - middle school!! lol...she's into the
usual girlie things but the thing she's best at is annoying her little
brother...lol...isn't that always the way???
Shane is 9 and going in
Grade 4. He's a typical boy!! The better part of my life has been
spent chasing him around with a washcloth...lol. He's always out running
up & down the street with the neighborhood kids or following his dad
around. Ya know - learning to 'putter round the house hardly getting anything
done...lol. When he's not doing that, the summer months usually find him in the
pool annoying the heck out of his sister - payback time..lol...oh well, at least
he's clean....
As for me, well what
can I say??? Besides my computer - which could be classified as an
addiction..LOL - I love to do crafts. Tole painting & cross stitch are my faves.
I also like to read & sew and in the spring and summer months we do a lot of
swimming. I'm also a Survivor junkie. Friday mornings usually find me on the
phone yakking with Sandra or Debbie about the show the night before. (Oh yeah,
did I mention I like the phone, too?? lol) Like we have nothing better to do,
right??? When I'm not talking to them, I've got to call my best bud Kim and
rack up those long distance charges...Kimmy, you really gotta move back
home...LOL....
